Chye Seng Huat Hardware is newly opened and it's opened by the owner of the famous Papa Palheta. It is housed in a shophouse which doesn't look like your typical cafe. I actually walked right past it while navigating with my Google Maps without knowing.
Inside, it has a open "bar" area where you can see how the barista make your coffee. It has an area where you can sign up for course to appreciate coffee. A nice cafe to visit after having your meal at the nearby Emerald Plaza
