Located at Everton Park, it's actually under a HDB block and if you don't pay attention, you will probably walk past it without knowing. Dropped by Grin Affair when it was still not that hyped, and the shop has only about 2 tables for dine-in customers.
There are a lot of flavours available and depending on the sales of that time, not all flavours are available at any point of time. I was lucky that day and got to try the mango flavour.
Although it looks good; appearance-wise but it's lacking in taste wise, nothing special I must add. In fact, other than people buying it as a gift as it's cute-looking, I don't see a point to visit it again.
