Sun Ray Cafe

It is hidden somewhere in Serangoon Gardens and Sun Ray Cafe is a pet-friendly cafe.

I dare not say their food is good but it's definitely a good place to chill and relax, a cozy cafe to just wind down and read a book. Or probably gather with your friends, bringing your pets along and stuff. 

I must add that it's not really a very public-transport-friendly cafe to reach. It will be better if you have a car as it's situated not at the heart of Serangoon Gardens.
